Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of books and responsible for monthly closing and daily accounting functions
• Compile variance analyses and provide analyses on balance sheet and income statement items
• Perform inter-company billings and account reconciliations and analyses
• Perform Accounts Payable functions such as expense audit, payment processing and expense reimbursements
• Ensure all business processes & approval are in compliance with internal control requirements
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks, as required
• Coordinate with external auditors

Requirements:

• LCC Higher, student or member of professional accounting bodies
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
• 5 years or more of accounting and/or audit experience is required
• Self-motivated, good communication skills, a team player
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask and meet reporting deadlines
• Experience in Peach Tree and other accounting software is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediate availability is preferred
