Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial/management reports in IFRS for multiple entities across regions for month-end, interim, and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with overseas counterparts and shared services hub on financial matters and timely results submission
• Analyze variances and highlight exceptions to management
• Monitor project costing, working capital and cash flow
• Support M&A, investment, and asset management, covering joint ventures, strategic alliance, property, financial instruments, trademark, etc.
• Participate in annual budget, annual audit, taxation, and projects, namely ERP migration, process improvement, internal control procedure review, etc.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as required by the management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Member of AICPA / ACCA or equivalent, and well versed in US GAAP and IFRS
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Big 4 audit and regional role of sizeable MNC (Global 500 preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the capability to effectively communicate and work with counterparts across different cultures and at all levels.
• Highly independent, detail-minded, analytical and result-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office (including advanced Excel/VBA/financial modelling and Powerpoint) and BI tools, namely Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Occasional travel may be required
• Immediately Available / short notice is highly preferred
