Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts and month end closing
• Prepare related companies reconciliation, bank reconciliation and financial schedules
• Handle the expenses payment to assess accuracy and completeness
• Maintain the proper accounts records to ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Assist in month end closing
• At least 2 years’ experience in accounting or auditing; experience in accounting reports and financial analysis is advantage
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel (vlookup, pivot table, etc)
• Mature, independent, initiative and detailed-oriented
• Good communication skills and team work
