Role Purpose

• Collaborate with section heads to carry out daily coordination and communication on any cost related matter
• Monitor and supervise internally and externally for dealing with disputable invoices
• Department budget template set up and modification
• Consolidating all the cost data and information and providing periodic report to management
• Oversee and reconcile data entry in invoice recording system, ensure recorded data were correct for cost analysis purpose
• Evaluate actual spending against budget and forecast
• Perform cost analysis and maintain cost dashboard
• Monitor maintenance & engineering expenditure and alert any issues/items which would overspend
• Coordination internally and externally for dealing with disputable invoices
• Work with business units on budget template modification
• Assist in cost initiatives projects
• Improve workflow process to ensure data accuracy, quality and integrity
• Review procedure manual and optimize if necessary
• Support Officer role on Admin function for the team
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Finance & Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years experiences in cost analysis and control, business admin and project management
• Experience in data, operational and financial analysis
• Having actual experiences in airline maintenance cost analysis is highly preferable
• Well organized with an aptitude on data
• Attention to details
• Strong presentation skills, good at report writing
• Excellent skills on MS Office particularly excel and PowerBI
• Effective team player
• Effective decision making skills and have a willingness of taking responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with people
• Flexible and willing to work on different projects
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
