Job Description
- Accounts receivable include follow up accounts receivable with customers, issue invoices, prepare statement of account to customers and arrange cash and cheque deposit to bank.
- Accounts payable function including cheque preparation, transaction recording.
- Prepare bank Reconciliation
- Assisting for monthly and year end closing
- Perform stock take
- Reconciliation of various source of income and proper record in accounting system.
- General duty such as data entry and filing of documents
- Assisting in some administrative duties.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as required
- Proficient in MS office, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Experience in using NAV is an advantage
- Good tying skill is an advantage
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
