Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle staff expenses reimbursement for business trip and other local expenses;
• Handle cash advance request from staff;
• Review corporate credit cards expenses and verify whether they are business related;
• Perform general account functions (e.g.: data entries, prepare vouchers, DN/ CN processing, etc.);
• Responsible for account receivable, accounts payable and general ledger functions;
• Perform bank reconciliation;
• Assist month end closing;
• Responsible for timely filing works of the department;
• Coordinate for the documents archive for the department;
• Handle mailing of cheques and other documents;
• Carry out any ad hoc assignment from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Accounting or the equivalent;
• Fresh graduates are welcomed;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc.);
• Experience in using Flex accounting software is a plus;
• Good command in both written and spoken English;
• Hardworking, able to meet deadline, willing to learn, numeracy with high level of accuracy, detail-minded and a good team player
