Our client, is a leading multinational law firm is seeking for a Finance Assistant to support the Finance operations in Hong Kong. This is a newly created opportunity and this person will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager based in Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills for the assigned lawyer groups  
• Checking cheque deposits
• Processing accounts payable
• Scanning invoices to Expert Image
• Posting disbursements
• Perform close file procedure
• General filing
• Ad hoc duties as and when required

Skills and Attributes

• The successful individual will be highly organised with excellent communication skills.  Their skills and experience will include:
• A degree in accounts field
• 2 years professional services accounts experience; previous working experience in a legal and/or financial services industry would be preferred
  
• Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English is a requirement and fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be preferred
