Job Description
- Provide full HR supports including manpower planning, recruitment, C&B, training & development, performance management, employee relations
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Expand recruitment channels to attract new talents and handle all recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding
- Provide counselling on staff issues, HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate and in charge of the trainee program
- Involve in staff recreational activities
- Involve in e-HR platform development
- Support in designing, organising, implementing and evaluating training programs
- Keep current with employment ordinance, HR benchmarking and best practices
- Develop, review and update company policy
- Provide secretarial support to supervisors
- Act as back up to office admin support to the company (less than 10% of the workload)
- Other ad hoc HR & Admin projects as assigned

- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 2 years+ relevant experience in a similar position
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
- Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- PC literacy in MS 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, initiative, resourceful, team player
- People oriented
- Immediately available preferred
