Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform office administrative support to Admin Department including keys allocation, office supplies, authorized vendor list, maintenance/repair etc
• Responsible for review, formulating and implementation of company policies & procedures
• Handling stationery orders, pantry supplies and stock keeping
• Assist in maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
• Responsible for preparing materials for meeting when required
• General Reception Duties
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required

• 2 years or above of administrative experience in sizable company;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, English & Chinese Word Processing;
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
