Major Responsibilities

• Manage the whole recruitment process and procedures, including drafting job advertisements, posting in job boards and company website, liaise with recruitment agencies, preparing for job fairs, arranging interview meetings, conduct interviews, arranging visa application, preparing employment contract, updating HRIS on new hires and conducting staff orientation as well as on- and off-boarding processing.
• Build good university relation and arrange university career talks/fairs.
• Maintain the exit database with exit meetings and analysis reporting
• Build the database of job description and prepare the job descriptions to Function Heads for approval
• Prepare regular HR reports; update employee records timely & accurately, draw and update organization chart
• Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
• Assist in managing performance management process including goal setting, performance review, training need analysis.
• Assist in developing Training Plan, maintain employee training record per the audit requirement
• Lead, organize, manage and participate physical or digital company events including company town halls, executive lunch and annual dinner event.
• Assist in supporting HRIS transformation. Plays a role in the implementation of SAP HR system, including user requirement, data migration, UAT and user training
• Provide support to VP – Global HR on miscellaneous affairs

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or other related Disciplines;
• 3 years of Human Resources exposure preferable with working experience in Hong Kong listed companies and / or reputable multinational companies
• Have proven track records in performing recruitment, Training and Development and employee relation, HRIS related matters
• Good at meeting people and understanding their backgrounds, interests, attitude and characters
• Able to use well known HRIS software packages and generate the necessary reports effectively and efficiently
• Competent in working with all levels of people in the company including senior, middle management and other colleagues
• Have the ability to work with minimum supervision and deliver business results within the deadlines
• Good team player with a “Can-do” attitude, strong sense of responsibility, amiably, fast learner, stable, presentable, attention to details, reliable and good interpersonal communication skill, problem solving, people and communication skills
• Versatile in using PC software including MS Word, Excel pivot, Outlook and PowerPoint, Microsoft form.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Immediate available is preferred
