• Perform full spectrum HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management and etc.
• Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to payroll, taxation, reward management, C&B administration, incentive scheme administration, periodic HR reporting, employees’ compensation and other C&B projects.
• Perform full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, making offers, on-boarding process.
• Participate in HR projects including but not limited to annual salary review & discretionary bonus, performance management, benchmarking and annual insurance renewals.
• Provide support in ad-hoc HR tasks as required

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
• At least 6 years’ proven HR experience in retail sector, FMCG or relevant sizable companies in which 2 years at managerial level on people & projects
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other related legislation;
• Strong at analytical, problem solving and database management;
• Proficient in MS Office application with excellent excel and powerpoint knowledge;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Immediate available will be an advantage
