Job Description
- Update and manage the attendance and leave records in HRIS system;
- To organize staff events and social events;
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support including but not limited to: conference room booking, price research and quotations, stationery/premium order and general office maintenance;
- To handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Fluent English & Chinese (Including Putonghua);
- Quick learner, detail-minded, organized and independent;
- Proficient in PC skills (e.g. MS Office and Google Drive such as Google sheet, docs, etc.
- Casual work attire
