• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to chairman & executive directors
• Manage calendars including meeting schedules, personal & family affairs, and travel arrangements
• Dictation, drafting letters, preparing presentation materials; management reports; minutes, and other documents
• Liaise and coordinate with all internal and external parties
• Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
• Assist in various projects and other duties as assigned
• Any ad hoc activities as required

• Higher Diploma or above holder in Business related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience working for a high-level executive in secretarial and personal support (Experience in executive support is highly preferred).
• Good in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in PC skills and well-versed in MS applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 
• Multi-tasking, independent with good initiatives, team player, able to work under pressure and able to meet the tight deadline
• Strong integrity with the ability to handle highly confidential situations
• Ability to anticipate needs or problems, can-do attitude and think outside the box, and proactively offer solutions
