Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the manager in full spectrum of HR functions of Greater China and some APAC countries.
• Responsible for full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding and off boarding procedures.
• Ensure payroll processing (including pension fund and taxation) calculation and payment are performed timely and accurately
• Keep track of staff records, filing system and insurance renewal.
• Maintain the HRIS System and lead any enhancement / upgrade projects.
• Plan and execute employee relations activities.
• Prepare HR analytic reports for management review.
• Participate in any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience at all round HR functions, preferably with regional coverage.
• Meticulous with positive mindset as well as high sense of responsibility & passion for excellence
• Proactive, hands-on & fast-paced with strong analytical, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office; hands-on experience in using HRMS will be an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
