Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in handling a wide spectrum of human resources functions, with main focus on recruitment functions, including interview arrangement, onboarding procedures, employer branding activities etc.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties and projects
  • Support and act towards the BDO Global Vision
  • Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, self-motivated, proactive, organized, attentive to details, multi-tasking
  • With a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
