If you are degree holder (preferably in HR management), experience in organizing staff events, well-versed in Employment Ordinance and proficient in MS Office / Chinese word processing, then join our Human Resources Team!
Are you fresh graduated with no solid work experience? Don't worry we also welcome and you will be developed from a junior grade.
Your Role
- You will perform full cycle of recruitment process include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and on boarding process
- Manage recruitment channels include printed/on-line advertisement, social media, Labour Department and non-government organisations
- Coordinate recruitment events, such as career talk, recruitment day, job fair, job familiarization visit etc.
- Plan and coordinate employee recreation activities and support in employee communications and relations projects
- Manage and maintain a precise database of various work-related permits and licences
