Job Requirements

  • Diploma graduate or above
  • 2 years or above experience in general office administration
  • Previous experience in license renewal and managing office supplies
  • Self-motivated, energetic, cheerful with good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
  • Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support on daily operation and office administration duties
  • Responsible for office supplies control and license & insurance renewal
  • Manage the daily schedules of meeting rooms and maintain leave record
  • Assist in organizing employee activities and office facilities arrangement
