Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing office operations and administrative support which includes but not limited to: fixed asset record management; third-party service management such as cleaners and caterers; office supplies and maintenance of equipment
• Provide clerical support to Human Resources department, including data entry, filing, record keeping and attendance/ leave management
• Manage company wide events, staff recreational activities and coordinating meetings
• Handle office renovation & relocation projects
• Oversee day to day administration operations
• Manage ad-hoc assignments timely and independently.

Skills and Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years experience in general administration operations
• Strong administration and organizational skills
• Proficient in PC skills (e.g. MS Office, Internet).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Responsible, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work independently and respond quickly to changing demands and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• More experience candidates will be considered as Office Administrator
• Immediate availability is preferred.
