Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selections, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR record maintenance
- Perform full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, making offers, on-boarding and off-boarding process not limited to local and overseas.
- Prepare HR-related statistics and management reports
- Acts as business partner to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, provide professional advice of HR strategies and policies
- Assist ad hoc projects and company event as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year recruitment and HR administration experience in sizable organization is an advantage
- Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
- Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
- Strong in customer oriented acumen
- Independent, strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
