Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selections, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR record maintenance
• Perform full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, making offers, on-boarding and off-boarding process not limited to local and overseas.
• Prepare HR-related statistics and management reports
• Acts as business partner to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, provide professional advice of HR strategies and policies
• Assist ad hoc projects and company event as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year recruitment and HR administration experience in sizable organization is an advantage
• Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
• Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
• Strong in customer oriented acumen
• Independent, strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
