Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Human Resources Manager to provide reliable, standardized human resources services and administration support related to the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding administration, compensation and benefits, leave management and other HR-related matters.
  • Work with vendors on monthly payroll processing, MPF administration and tax reporting.
  • Participate in HRIS system enhancement and updates
  • Assist in other ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years working experience in HR operations or payroll functions
  • Have experience in Workday and ADP GlobalView will be an advantage
  • Good ethics to work with sensitive and confidential data
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (excel, word, etc.)
