ELEVATE is looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager involving in end-to-end recruitment process for Assessment business unit globally from junior to senior level. One will work closely with HRBPs and regional HR Generalists to understand and fulfil the business requirements from the business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner with regional senior business leaders of designated business unit, in managing the global headcounts in full employee life cycle. The scope includes but not limited to provide professional HR Consultative Service, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits,  Staff Communication & Engagement and other key HR duties
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to align on HR operations including organization structure, manpower resources and headcount allocation, HR costing and budgeting to cope with the business growth
  • Provide guidance, act as an HR Advisor to business heads, and provide coaching where applicable
  • Partner with the department heads in reviewing, formulating, upgrading and implementing HR policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency and ensure the alignment to the local laws/regulations and corporate directions
  • Provide tactical & operational advice and support to business leaders on people issues and organizational challenges
  • Work as the HR business partner; to manage the HR operations with specific division
  • Plan and drive the HR initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture and staff engagement activities
  • Perform any HR ad-hoc tasks or HR projects as required

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 7-10 years’ regional HR experience in all-round HR / shared services function from MNC / start-up companies
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Human Resources practices and related legislation knowledge on other countries will be an advantage
  • Hands-on character, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Effective communication, tech savvy, good presentation and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy  are required
  • Proactive and resilient with the ability to drive change and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, drive to deliver results and personal effectiveness
  • Experience in dynamic and fast pace professional environment
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Candidates with more experiences can be considered as Human Resources Manager
  • Immediate availability would be an advantage
