Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for general administration including procurement and maintenance of clinic equipment & facilities, etc.
• Prepare reports and analysis for management review
• Handle payment requisitions and claims for reimbursement
• Assist in preparing clinic roster and manpower allocation
• Maintain effective filing system in both traditional and electronic methods
• Support ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• 2 years administrative / operations experience
• Knowledge in medical or healthcare industry a definite advantage
• Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
• Pleasant, well-organized, customer-oriented and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
