Job Summary

Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously. Possess understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion is essential.

Job Duties

The assistant will coordinate, support and plan meetings and events, arrange travel, reserve venues and arrange shipping and logistics, catering and entertainment, and will work on elaborate projects as needed. Other responsibilities include: obtain quotations from suppliers, order basic office supplies and equipment, record and track equipment for inventory audits, answer phone calls and email enquiries.

 Key Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience supporting small to medium size team in a high tech environment
• Associate or Bachelor degree
• Proficiency with iCal, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Mail and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator a plus
• Knowledge of digital and social media
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese
