Job Description

• To support the head to evaluate the effectiveness and refines the current and long-term talent acquisition and sourcing strategies making recommendations to the Company’s sourcing strategy and structure;
• Develop recruiting strategies and programs based on business needs and priorities that ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions at all levels in the organization including strategic and executive positions;
• Introduce innovative hiring methodologies through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates;
• Design, implements and maintain the appropriate processes, tools, systems and training necessary to scale and support the recruiting function;
• Analyzes trends and metrics to understand business needs to align recruiting strategies;
• Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review;
• Support the Department Head in managing HR issues.

Job Requirement

• University degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years HR experiences in Human Resources; China exposure and familiar with international business operations will be given priority; Candidates with more experiences will be considered as HR Manager;
• Decent knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulation and relevant regulations;
• Mature, responsible, independent with proactive attitude, willing and fast to learn;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is preferred
