Job Description
Duties:
- Provide secretarial support to Japanese director including travel arrangement, meetings coordination, appointments scheduling, minutes preparation and personal matters etc.
- To provide Japanese-Chinese translation and interpretation upon request
- To handle administrative and company secretarial duties, such as prepare report, draft letter etc.
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments
Requirement:
- Higher diploma or above
- Good command of English and Contonese
- Japanese speaking is a must (JLPT N2 or above)
- Previous experience in general administration and secretarial support
- Good in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good communication skill, detail-minded, flexible
- Ability to work independently
