Your key responsibilities:

• Assist in C&B administration and annual cycle including payroll, salary review and bonus exercise, manpower budget and employee insurance renewal
• Prepare regular HR analytical reports and develop custom reports to meet the business requirements   
• Perform daily HR related system operations, including system administration, installation, configuration & troubleshooting
• Be the first contact point within HR to provide end user support and conduct end user training programs
• Assist in project cycle from requirement collection, design, procurement, implementation, UAT to production launch

Your skills and experience:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems or related disciplines   
• Minimum 4 years of experience with solid experience in C&B/HRIS
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills and project management skills
• Experience in Cornerstone, BIPO, IPL HR systems, SQL server and Tableau is preferred
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Specialist
