Job Description
Our client, an international financial services company, is looking to hire a Regional Head of Administration to manage office administration and operations for the firm. The role will be leading Office Managers from 10 different offices across APAC to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure suitable office operational guidelines and controls are in place
- Responsible for office projects i.e. relocations, refurbishments/redesigns, new furniture, office rental renewals, etc.
- Partner with IT to oversee the implementation of IT applications/hardware within the region
- Oversee the implementation of operational solutions in response to regulatory and audit findings
- Responsible for certain business continuity issues related to the APAC regional offices
- Actively look for and develop new ideas to work smarter in the APAC regional office
- 15+ years of office administration experience within the financial services/banking industry, ideally with regional exposure
- Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills, combined with an ability to integrate quickly into an established team and to deal with colleagues and external parties across a wide range of groups globally
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English; Language skill in Mandarin would be a plus
- University degree
