Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle simple administrative tasks, including but not limited to office supplies requisitions, statement updates, general paperwork
- Process system work order entry and billing items
- Handle the work tasks assigned by the superior
- Diploma or above
- 2+ years of extensive experience, administrative work experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word
- Good working attitude, polite, punctual, responsible and self-motivated
- Can work under general supervision
