1.) Junior Receptionist / Tsim Sha Tsui (E)
5 Days (09:00-18:00) / Bank Holiday / Bonus / 14 Days Annual / Medical 

Responsibilities

• HKDSE or above with 1 - 2 years working experience;
• Work with senior receptionist to daily reception desk activities ; 
• Perform phone calls transfer & greeting visitors ; 
• Follow up IN/Out courier arrangement ;
• Administration support (such as order stationery, printing materials, office equipment and facilities’ maintenance.. etc) if necessary;
• General command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Smart , proactive attitude, mature and team-working spirit;
• Our client looking for Immediate or Short notice candidates only;

Responsibilities

• High Diploma or above;
• 1 - 2 years Office Clerk OR CS working experience in any industry; 
• Coordinate with internal / external related parties to ensure smooth operation
• Regular update data base in system & prepare general report;
• Provide the best solutions service to commercial clients through the Calls & E-Mail;
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
