Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls in a timely manner and take message accurately.
- Greet visitors as soon as they arrive in a professional manner.
- Manage and monitor meeting rooms reservation.
- Serve tea and snacks for meetings or client visits.
- Handle courier delivery and mailing services on occasional basis.
- Assist in office administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ working experience of Receptionist or Customer Service preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
