Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the overall operation management, training and  performance of medical centres
• Develop operational strategies for medical centres and ensure the implementation are met company goals
• Engage doctors, nurses, medical professionals and stakeholders to drive company objectives and changes
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in business administration, operation management or healthcare related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant experience, preferably gained from medical, retail industries  
• Well-organized, detail-minded, flexible, proactive, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Independent, a team player with initiative and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills of MS office and Chinese word processing
