We are currently assisting an employer which is a local business advisory & consulting SVC firm to look for a right talent for the following position. This is a full-time job.

 
Operation Manager (Full-time)

 Work Place: Wan Chai

Remuneration: HK$30,000 – 40,000 per month depends on experience

Work Day & Time:  Mon-Fri 9:00am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

l   Oversees daily activity of the team

l   Establish systematic workflow, reporting records and guidelines

l   Provide advice and guidance to the junior staff

l   Manage team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines

l   Prepare budgets, schedules and other organizational reports as needed

l   Report directly to the CEO and work as a problem-solver

Requirements:

l   Able to work under pressure with tight schedule

l   Good at establishing systematic workflow and guidelines

l   Over 3 years in a management role

l   Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required

l   Immediate availability is highly preferred
