Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor to prepare tendering document, quotation and business proposal
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target customers and potential sales channel
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure the business contracts are performed properly
• Produce, update and distribute the tender documents for the operation team
• Handle and follow up the tender document
• Provide administration and clerical support to marketing team
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferrable in Marketing or Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong marketing sense and possess PR character
• Able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
• Capable to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Well organized and good communication skills
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
