Responsibilities:

• Participant in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection and compensation & benefits
• Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding process and related administration work
• Assist to maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc. Ensure all records and filings are accurate
• Handle  the whole employment cycle including employment offer, contract preparation, on boarding and induction process, probation confirmation, payroll calculation and taxation, insurance and pension schemes management, staff movement and exit interview, etc.
• Ensure staffing procedures and documents are in line with the company policy
• Prepare and update various HR related reports in quality and timely manner
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• DSE graduate or above
• Minimum 1-2 years’ solid HR experience in sizable organization, with exposure in retail industry is an advantage
• Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and employment-related legislation. Knowledge in Macau Labuor Relations Law is an added advantage.
• A good team player with effective interpersonal skills, mature, strong sense of responsibility and numeric sense
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
