Job Description
Our client is an international company, a well established global logistics and transportation company. They are looking for a Shipping Clerk/Coordinator providing shipping & logistics operation support to the team, ensuring safe and on-time delivery of goods to customers.

- Working location at Kwai Fong
- Salary HK$16,000 to 20,000 per month
- Bank Holiday, Double Pay and Bonus, Medical insurance
The job:
- Provide clerical, shipping and logistics admin support to the team
- Handle shipping documents, verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Monitor and follow up shipment order, answer customer enquiry
- Coordinate with internal and external parties
The person:
- Form 5 or above with relevant experience in shipping and logistics operation in Freight Forwarding / Shipping industry
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Experience of MS Excel & Word
- Attention to detail, well-organised, team player and responsible
- Good communication & time management skills
