Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and conduct training for new advisors to be competence in providing financial planning services to our clients by passing the IIQE exam, becoming knowledgeable in company products, operation guidelines and compliance requirements
- Be the course owner to in charge of the development and revamp of training course
- Design & develop digital training materials
- Participate in product related project such as product launch to drive business result
- Assist the team to organize training events to strengthen sales knowledge and skills
- Assist the team to monitor & track training effectiveness
- Help the administrative manager to prepare management report
- Support the administration team
Job Requirement:
- Preferably University degree or above
- At least 2 year working experiences in sales or agency training in financial planning industry
- IIQAS and insurance qualifications preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Good presentation and course facilitating skills
