Job Description
We are currently assisting a large-scale local advertising company to look for the right talent for the following position. This a full-time job.
Job Description:
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, staff relations, staff activities and training, etc.
- Design and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives and organization growth
- Responsible for review, formulation and implementation of company policies & procedures from the view of both human resources and administration in compliance with related legal regulatory such as Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance
- Perform annual performance appraisals, salary and bonus reviews, salary benchmark and budgeting
- Prepare monthly payroll, taxation, MPF & sales commission.
- Responsible for general office administration duties and office support including office maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, regular housekeeping.
- Manage IT software & hardware, network, system implementation of the group
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of solid experience in Human Resources Management with at least 3 years supervising experience
- Hands on experience in HR system- HRONE
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
