Job Description
- Responsible for full range of HR functions including but not limited to compensation and benefits, work injury cases and staff activities & training program co-ordination
- Monthly payroll calculation, MPF, staff records maintenance and leave management
- Provide effective communication with internal parties on staff-related issues e.g. disciplinary actions and staff complaints, etc.
- Compile, co-ordinate and update various general administrative/ personnel/ routine operation matters
- Perform any ad-hoc HR assignments/projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years Human Resources experience or above in sizable organization would be preferred
- Independent, mature with positive working attitude
- Well-organized, detail-minded and work proactively
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
