Let’s work together

• Handle full spectrum of daily C&B functions including payroll, leave & attendance checking, benefits & insurance administration, retirement fund, and taxation covering Hong Kong and Macau Retail Shop Operations
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to provide HR services or handle C&B-related matters
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the personal database
• Provide HR-related supports, such as interview arrangement, office new joiner onboarding process
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

We are looking for

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Prefer relevant experiences in handling payroll, with HRIS or FlexSystem experience is an advantage
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and C&B regulations
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
• Good team player, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
