Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of loan files, may require outdoor visit to warehouse
• Input data to system accurately
• Filing and scanning loan documents
• Prepare various payment reminder letters
• Participate in regular meeting as required
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
• MS Office (Word & Excel) Application and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal communication in written & spoken Chinese and English
• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
