Job Description
Job Functions:
- Perform full spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties to Director;
- Support Director in handling leasing and marketing matters;
- Communicate with external parties and liaise with relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare leasing documents, rental and sales reports and market news update;
- Handling the Director's personal and family matters;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Director.
- Degree Holder in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizing and problem-solving skills with good judgment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong market sense and awareness
- Independent, initiative and positive working attitude
- Immediate available is preferred
