Job Description
Our client, a Japanese interior company, is looking for Japanese speaking assistant to join their company:
Job Duties:
・Daily support Japanese Managing director.
・Project management
・ Confirmation and creation of required documents
・ Communication with customers
・ Other business related to the project
・ Coordination with related departments
・ Schedule management
・Any Ad hoc duties
Requirement:
・ Those who have experience as a secretary and assistant is prefer
・ Experience in other industry is also welcome
・ Person who can handle a wide range of things such as detailed attention as an assistant, document preparation & support, etc.
・ Multitasking skills, responsible and good communication skills
・ Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 holder or above), English and Mandarin
Package:
- Double pay
- Discretionary Bonus
- Medical insurance
