Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Senior Management and team members
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and handle scheduling problems
- Handle business correspondence, meeting agenda and meeting minutes
- Communicate and coordinate with external and internal parties across departments
- Perform ad hoc assignment and projects as required
- Degree holder in any disciplines with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing etc.)
- Well spoken and written skills in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, organized, and a committed team player
- Able to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines
