• Answering and responding to incoming calls, emails and WhatsApp messages from customers and managing booking needs 接聽和回覆客人的來電、電子郵件和 WhatsApp 訊息並管理預訂要求
• Extensive data entry and data management that requires the accuracy of our internal systems 資料輸入和整理更新數據，確保內部系統的資料準確

Requirements:

• F.6 or above 中六或以上學歷
• At least 1 year of related work experience 至少1年相關工作經驗
• Excellent customer service attitude 良好的服務態度
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and strong problem solving skills 良好的人際關係、溝通能力和解決問題能力
• Proactive and love children 積極主動，喜歡小朋友
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua 良好的口語和書面語 (英文、中文和普通話)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Chinese typing 熟練 Microsoft Office 軟件，包括中文打字
