Job Purpose

-        Provide various types of administrative support to HR and Admin Department.

 Primary duties and responsibilities

-        Perform independently and effectively in office administrative duties such as procurement and maintenance of office equipment/ facilities, replenishment of office supplies

-        Support and facilitate activities such as weekly meetings, social gatherings, and conferences

-        Provide administration support for branch and office renovation

-        Maintain and update Office staff attendance records and Front line staff roster checking

-        Handle ad-hoc projects as requested

 Qualifications and experience

-        Higher Diploma or above

-        2 - 3 years relevant working experience 

-        Good knowledge in MS Office computer literacy is preferable

-        Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels

-        Immediate availability is preferred
