Job Highlights

• Support project team and coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth and successful project delivery
• Maintain and update project management system with up-to-date and accurate info to ensure timely execution of project tasks
• Prepare project KPI and progress reports for stakeholders
• Assist in marketing administrative tasks  

Job Requirements

• High Diploma or above
• 4 years or above working experience in administrative roles
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good in Excel and Office tools
• Experience in IT / Government project coordination/management or customer services will be an advantage
• Working days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
