Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of office administration support, such as general administration, office facilities management, vendor management, procurement of stationery and pantry supplies, courier services arrangement, petty cash reimbursements, internal correspondence distribution and general receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner, meeting room booking arrangement etc;
• Provide secretarial support including co-ordination of daily calendars, scheduling of travel and meeting arrangements, filing and collating expenses items or the alike;
• Provide general human resources support for leave/attendance management &medical insurance claims management and co-ordinate training programs;
• Offering general assistance to other Directors and colleagues as required;

Requirements

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years administrative support or customer service experience;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills;
• Good telephone manner, presentable with good interpersonal skill. Well organized, motivated and attentive to details;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Immediate availability is an advantage;
