Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement and interview arrangement.
• Provide full range administrative support on HR records including filing, documentations, data entry and related reports
• Assist in coordinating different employee activities and staff functions
• Participate in ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 1 year working experience in Human Resources support
• Good commend of written Chinese and English
• Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
• Accurate, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available an advantage
