Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will report to CPO and oversee the operations of Hong Kong Human Resources and Administration Department;
• Act as a Business Partner to provide value-added services and lead a team to manage a full spectrum of HR functions including organizational development, talent acquisition & management, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, etc.;
• Formulate, maintain and review HR policies and procedure to cope with business needs and legislation requirement;
• In charge of administration supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation and maintenance, insurance and license renewal;
• Enhance staff engagement, build up good staff relations and maintain workplace safety;
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 12 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations;
• Knowledge of best HR practices, well versed in employment related ordinances and other statutory requirements in Hong Kong;
• Meticulous, analytical mind, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good organizational skill, interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with all levels;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
