Job Description

Responsibilities

• provide day-to-day administrative support including but not limited to procure and maintain office supplies and equipment; assist in facilities management, and maintain filing system, etc.;
• assist in Human Resources functions/activities, including recruitment, maintaining personnel records and updating HR databases, etc;
• renew vehicles’ permits, licenses and insurance;
• provide logistics support for meetings, events and activities; and
• undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above, preferably in Business Administration;
• 3 years of relevant working experience;
• Working experience in Human Resources and/or Administration is preferable;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
